🚀 We are back - Bigger, Bolder and Ready to Build Technology that ensures every VOICE is heard! Following the success of the inaugural Tɛkyerɛma Pa Hackathon in 2025, the DCS HCI Lab, University of Ghana, is proud to announce the second edition: MTN Ghana Tɛkyerɛma Pa Hackathon 2026! Last year, brilliant teams developed AI-powered speech technologies to support individuals with speech impairments. This year, we are raising the bar. The 2026 edition challenges students, developers, designers and technology enthusiasts to create inclusive digital solutions that support communication in Ghanaian languages. But inclusion must not be an afterthought. Every proposed solution must be designed to be accessible to persons with disabilities.
