Because She Can launches 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢. After 5 years of building a formidable pipeline of women in technology in Africa and the African diaspora, we are giving you a glimpse of what the next 5 years look like. Currently, Because She Can has collectively impacted over 10,000+ people across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania and 13+ countries; carefully grown a 300+ network of vetted mentors and mentees, supported the lives of 13+ girls through investment in their education and professional careers and much more. We are growing larger and so today, we introduce to you 𝗔𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, a mentorship platform that not only guides you on your chosen career path in tech but also leverages you from our stage to the next. Ascendency is an ecosystem that builds the African talent pipeline from start to finish. With this, we launch 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗩, powered by Ascendency.
